The ideal candidate will be a master of CRM setups, skilled in HubSpot and Salesforce, with a strong understanding of automation tools like Zapier and basic coding. This role is critical in optimizing our sales, marketing, and customer success processes to drive revenue growth.

📅 What will your day to day be like:

• Set up, configure, and optimize HubSpot and Salesforce to meet company needs.
• Use Zapier to automate workflows and integrate various business tools.
• Manage and analyze data to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Utilize basic coding skills (Python) for automation and custom integrations.
• Align ClickUp with CRM systems to streamline project tracking and execution.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize processes, reporting, and revenue growth strategies.

💪You are the right fit if:

• You have prior experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales/Marketing Operations, or similar role.
• You have advanced expertise in CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
• You are proficient with Zapier/Make; basic coding skills (Python) are ideal.
• You are familiar with ClickUp or similar tools.
• You have strong analytical skills and experience in optimizing processes through data.
• You have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
