Cold-Email Campaign Manager

We're hiring a Cold Email Campaign Manager to join our team! You'll start with a competitive salary and have revenue-sharing opportunities after 3 months.

💪You are the right fit if:

• You have experience specifically with B2B Outbound Marketing, particularly in cold email outreach;
• You have excellent English skills;
• You are a self-starter, love to learn new things daily, and get excited about results;
• You have a strong meme game;
• You're comfortable working from 1 PM EET to 9 PM EET (we need to accommodate our US clients).

📅 What will your day-to-day be like:

• Managing multiple campaigns for clients. Optimizing open rates and replies;
• Support the team by attending and engaging in meetings, and contributing to collaborative projects;
• Knows the ins and outs of the business of a successful marketing agency;
• Communicating with clients on results. Our clients are super fun to work with, btw!
• Researching, researching, and learning. We expect you to learn about new market trends and tools not only from us but also on your own!

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Cold-Email Marketing;
• Eagerness to deepen knowledge in B2B Outbound Marketing, especially in cold email strategies;

• Demonstrated leadership abilities, fostering teamwork and guiding projects to success;
